"Do you now?" Mark arched an eyebrow at the touch of her fingers, his skin pulsing to life all the way up his arm to his shoulder. It was becoming increasingly hard to stay reserved and keep his hands off of her. He was starved for affection, not just sexual release, but the fact that he genuinely cared about Waverly made the anticipation swell to epic proportions. He allowed himself to place his hands upon her hips, taking care to keep his finger touch light. He felt like his palms were burning through the material of the dress, the fabric cool beneath his touch.

She was so beautiful he stared down at her and managed to string a few more words together. "He's twenty-four and maybe I'm afraid he'll try and run off with you. I think it would be safer if I struck my claim before you two meet." He was kidding, the gleam in his green eyes testifying to that. His smile inverted a little, gaining meaning as it did so. "But yeah, I'd really love for you two to meet."
