When she pulls away, the frame of her hair around his face, the taste of her skin, the heat of her body vanished in seconds leaving Mark feeling a bit bereft. His lips tightened and he cleared his throat, and then offered her a smile. He tried not to be frustrated, but a part of him felt like he had a big, red, stop sign shoot up before him.
